Hello & Welcome Romance Lovers!
We are true west coasters and both live in Vancouver, Canada. We have 3 dogs and a cat between the 2 of us (family visits are absolute chaos). We are only a year apart so although we are close now, we had some very interesting teen years (sorry mom!).
Sisters Reading Romance
The idea for this podcast first came to us during the pandemic when Ayesha was working on a different podcast project, so when Ayesha’s project ended it seemed like fate had given us the perfect opportunity to something of our own. We decided to jump right in and share something we loved and enjoy with the world, thus the birth of Sisters Reading Romance.
We have shared books since being teenagers and have always shared a love for the romance genre specifically. There is so much shame around reading romance and we started this podcast to begin to shatter the stigma surrounding enjoying romance books. We thought what better way to do that then to talk about the books we enjoy openly and with no hesitation.
